I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Silver Dolphin Guesthouse & Restaurant during my travels, and while my experience had its ups and downs, the overall charm of the place shone through. The view from my terrace offered a stunning sight of the Mekong River, creating a perfect backdrop for my morning work sessions. Despite some issues initially, the owner's willingness to listen and adjust accommodations-such as providing a fan and arranging customized meals-really enhanced our comfort and made for a unique stay. While the property is somewhat at the edge of town, which means a bit of a walk to reach local restaurants, the air conditioning worked like a charm, keeping us cool during our adventure-filled days. the in-house restaurant was a delight, serving up delicious Cambodian dishes daily, with an early opening time that fit perfectly with our busy schedule. Silver Dolphin is a lovely eco-friendly spot, embodying a true taste of local culture while providing sincere hospitality.
